OUR METHODOLOGY
We strongly believe in "One Size Does Not Fit All' when it comes to Mental Health treatment and recovery. We have created Screening tools— Quick and easy “tests” to determine if you are experiencing symptoms of a mental illness, or just going through a difficult time. Results include detailed information, resources, and tools to discuss with a mental health provider. Our professionals counselors work simultaneously together with Therapists, Psychologists and Psychiatrists to ensure everyone is screened and catered to individually. Our focus is on long-term life skills and habits, that can help individuals not just navigate through a single experience but helping them develop positive life-changing skills to deal with the ups and downs of life.
ADVOCACY
Unfortunately, there is still a stigma associated with Mental Health conditions and disorders. But, having discussions and raising awareness about mental health are the first steps to combating the stigma.
We always make sure we provide long-term solutions and support for anyone who comes through our doors or lines.
Moreover, we emphasize and encourage others to join in advocating for mental illness. Giving back to the mental health community can be extremely powerful for both families and patients. Patient advocates even say that their advocacy work helps to strengthen their own mental health recovery.
Ultimately, it is important to pay attention to your mental health. And activism is a way that caregivers, loved ones, patients, and all those touched by mental illness can give back to and aid others.
